With one layer 2-3mm wear-and corrosion-resistant, high temperature resistant alloy is cast on inner wall, the bimetal barrel has longer effective service life than common nitriding barrel, and has obvious bimetal advantages on machining glass fiber engineering plastic, fluorine plastic, polysulfone and PPO special type.
